Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Insurance Agent at FUSA Insurance Agency, with the expectation that agent will open an office withing the first 6 months of operation. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as sales, providing insurance services, and offering brokerage services. Additionally, the Insurance Agent will be responsible for financial aspects related to insurance and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is located in Arizona, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualified candidates must reside in Arizona or be willing to relocate.
Qualifications
- Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Excellent sales skills and knowledge of insurance
- Experience in insurance brokerage and finance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and evaluate insurance needs
- Attention to detail and ability to handle paperwork accurately
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Insurance licensing or relevant certifications are beneficial
Compensation
Agents will be paid a base plus commissions in year 1 of operations. Additional resources will be earmarked for marketing & prospecting expenses, Errors & Omissions Insurance, and Agency Management System.
